World Expo 2020 Dubai
Sharing Canada’s story at Expo 2020 Dubai
NGX interactive is honoured to be working to tell Canada’s story at the 2020 World Exposition in Dubai. As part of a consortium of industry leaders headed by EllisDon Construction Ltd, NGX will work alongside Moriyama & Teshima Architects, Lord Cultural Resources, Hatch, Kubik, Thornton Tomasetti, and Cisco to develop an immersive public presentation space inside the Canada Pavilion.
Since 1851, these Expos have brought countries together from every corner of the world to celebrate their achievements and to face new challenges together. As host to Expo 2020, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will bring more than 190 nations together for 173 days of exploration and discovery. For Canada, this means a chance to share our innovations with the world.
With 25 million anticipated visits, Expo 2020 will be a showcase for Canadian business, technology, and opportunity. The Canada Pavilion will highlight the country’s diversity while introducing a global audience to Canadian leadership in crucial sectors of the modern economy – from tourism and education to aerospace and artificial intelligence.
We are delighted to be bringing Canada’s story to life, to share our home with the world, and to work as part of such a well-rounded and competent team. Immersive experiences, diverse audiences, richly imagined architectural wonders…we’ll see you in Dubai.
“The Canada Pavilion in Dubai will serve as a meeting place for Canadian business and innovators. It’s one more way our government is opening doors for companies to compete in thriving global markets, secure new contracts, attract international investment and create well-paying jobs for middle class Canadians.”
– Jim Carr, Minister of International Trade Diversification
