The place where we work
We work to bring important stories to people. Some are joyful stories — of connection, celebration, abundance. Others are of violence, loss, and tragedy.
We live and work on unceded territories that have been governed and cherished by the xʷməθkwəy̓əm, Skwxwú7mesh, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ nations for longer than recorded history. We acknowledge our presence on this land, share gratitude for our home, and strive to engage with decolonising practices in our work.
We endeavour to keep learning; to support communities to tell their own stories; to represent non-dominant perspectives in our work; and to produce experiences that faithfully grapple with complex historical realities.
