Overview
The Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi (NHMAD) on Saadiyat Island tell the story of Earth through an Arabian lens. Three galleries spanning over 35,000 sqm, the museum takes its visitors on an inspirational journey across billions of years – from the very beginning of time to Earth's formation and then onto the flourishes of life on our planet from dinosaurs to today.
Contributing to an Immersive Experience
ngx produced a range of media exhibits, ranging from responsive environments to large-scale projections, from original documentary films to dynamic soundscapes, and from multi-user touchscreens to physical/digital interactives. Working in close collaboration with subject-matter experts, we helped deliver inviting, engaging and accessible experiences for a range of audiences – from playful interactives for children in a stylised 2.5D visual language to immersive 3D projections in Unreal representing Arabia's changing climate across the centuries.
