Overview
TELUS World of Science Edmonton underwent an expansion and renewal project, including redevelopment of the Health Zone exhibition. This 370 m² space focuses on holistic health—connecting biology, lifestyle choices, and the role of healthcare in supporting overall wellbeing. Along with the Science Centre team, ngx designed exhibits that infuse the experience with physical play and hands-on discovery.
Microbes to Micronutrients
Many of the topics within the Health Zone aren’t inherently easy for young audiences to understand. So we developed interactive games and activities to explore everything from immune responses to vitamins to stress. We used everything from object recognition to body tracking to physical fabrication to engage visitors of all ages.
