The Sesame Street Learn and Play Experience is an Educational Play Center (EPC) at American Dream Mall that brings families into the colourful world of Sesame Street. Here, kids step straight into the neighbourhood they know and love, exploring hands-on activities inspired by their favourite characters. It’s a place for imagination, movement, and discovery—where play leads the way.
ngx created the multi-media immersive Elmo's World Wall where visitors can bring their creations to love, a hands on interactive with Hoopers store which gives kids a tangible real world experince, and an animation based Count Theater opening experince.
A Wondrous Wall
In Elmo’s World, a towering rainforest wall springs to life—a playful canvas designed to spark curiosity and imagination. Guests can shape the scene by selecting one of two templates—a butterfly or a frog—and bringing it to life with colour. Once complete, their artwork is placed into a scanning station and seamlessly integrated into the digital rainforest. Butterflies take flight. Frogs leap across the landscape. With a simple gesture, guests can influence how their creations move and behave, turning a colouring activity into an animated moment of discovery.
Hooper’s Store is where Sesame Street friends come together to practice everyday life skills—from making healthy food choices to preparing a meal and helping one another. Guests shop the shelves, then head to the tills to check out their items. Using the touchscreen registers, they scan each product to trigger short audio clips that share fun, educational insights along the way. When guests complete a Sesame Street friend’s shopping list, they unlock a special thank-you message from that character—an encouraging nod to teamwork and a job well done.
